Shipping Policy

At HeroUP, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the shipping of every HeroUP order from heiroup.com.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team gets to work right away:

• Orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout
• A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your package ships

All US shipments are sent via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

3. International Shipping

HeroUP currently ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary based on destination:

• Canada: 7-14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10-15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
• Other countries: 12-21 business days

Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

4. Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. Every HeroUP order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the box contains no logos, product names, or descriptions that would indicate the contents inside. Only your name and shipping address are visible.

The return address shows our fulfillment center — not "HeroUP" or any product reference.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real time. If you do not receive your tracking email within 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@heiroup.com within 12 hours so we can update your information before the order ships. Once a package has been dispatched, address changes are not always possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged in transit. If your package:

• Has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace it.
• Arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@heiroup.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one home, incorrect address), the package will typically be held by the carrier for pickup or returned to us. If returned to us, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

9. Address Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

• PO Boxes (in some cases — please use a physical address when possible)
• Countries with import restrictions on dietary supplements
• Active military addresses outside of standard APO/FPO networks

10. Holiday Delays

During major holidays and peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
